  • BUDGET

    Before you begin planning, the absolute best thing you can do for your sanity is to establish a thoughtful and realistic wedding budget. Our 1 hour budget consulting session is a fantastic way to get one on one assistance creating that budget with the assistance of a seasoned industry professional. Prior to this session, we will ask you to fill out a worksheet outlining your priorities and the overall vibe you are trying to achieve for your event. With that information, we will prepare a custom budget breakdown based off our knowledge of the industry and our best recommendations for your event. During the 1 hour session, we will walk you through each line item and educate you on your range of flexibility in each category and share a handful of vendor recommendations. The last 10 minutes of the session are reserved for any misc budget related questions you may have. You will leave this session feeling like a pro!

  • LAYOUT + RENTALS

    As much as we LOVE and always encourage our clients to opt for an outdoor wedding venue, we understand the creating the perfect layout and then figuring out the correct rentals can be quite daunting! Luckily for you, we have a ton of experience in this department and in just 1.5 hours, we can help you work out all these details. Prior to the consulting session, we ask that you fill out our worksheet giving us a few ideas of what you have in mind for the space and specific rental items. In preparation for our meeting, we will create a custom layout for you that we can tweak in real time during the session. The first 45 minutes of the session we will spend fine tuning the layout and creating the perfect flow for your event space. The remaining 45 minutes, we will spend creating a master list of all your rental needs. Once you complete this session, you will be able to reach out any rental company with a cohesive list and get a quick and accurate quote for all of your rental needs

  • TIMELINE

    Do your vendors keep asking you for a wedding day timeline and you have no idea what they mean?! Do you need to send out your invitations ASAP, but don’t know the best time for the ceremony to start?! Don’t fret, we’ve got your back! We love helping create custom wedding day timelines that include everything you envisioning happening from beginning to end. Whether it is traditional or non traditional, we will walk you through creating a smooth flow of events while at the same time taking into consideration all the logistics involved. In preparation for this meeting, we will have you fill out a worksheet to gather the information we need from you and your vendor contracts. We will create a sample timeline with that information, so once the session begins, we can dive right into the details and fine tuning the logistics in real time. After this session, you will be able to fully envision how your wedding day will flow and will impress all your vendors, family and friends with how organized and thoughtful you are!

  • DESIGN

    If you’ve taken a gander at our gallery and Instagram, you’ve probably already figured out that making weddings pretty is kinda our THING. As much as we’d love to say it just comes naturally (hair flip), we actually put a lot of work and thought into how we design each wedding. If you want to learn how to thoughtfully design your own event, we can walk you through it all in a one on one 1.5 hour session. Prior to our session, we will send you a short to-do list to prepare. The first 30 minutes of the session, we will show you how to create a cohesive style board to set the design tone. You will be able to use this style board to clearly communicate your look with florists, graphic designers, rental companies and your day of coordinator. The remaining hour, we will help you create a super detailed master decor list. This will help you determine what items need to be rented, ordered, purchased or made. By the end of this session, you’ll be able to fully envision your wedding from beginning to end AND have a game plan of how to achieve your very own event design.
