This wedding is living proof that you can have an insanely busy job and still plan a beautiful destination wedding with our Maid of Honor for Hire service!

When this MD bride came to me in the middle of the pandemic, I could tell that planning a destination wedding was going to be tough with her schedule. On the other hand, it was something fun to dream about during an otherwise difficult time. Lucky for everyone, by the time her wedding came around restrictions had been lifted and we were able to celebrate without any delays.

One of the things that the bride was especially excited about was the flowers. We loved working closely with her to create a progressive color palette that started with classic green and white for the ceremony and gradually added more and more bold plum purple tones.

The wedding day, although not especially sunny, was so beautiful with the mist on the mountains and the soft overcast lighting. We did catch a few passing showers, but nothing bad enough to put a damper on the celebration. While the bride and groom explored the venue with their photographer capturing portraits, the guests were having a blast at the cocktail hour. So much fun in fact that they got the dancefloor going before the reception began.

After a delicious island inspired meal, the couple heard heartfelt toasts from loved ones. Once the formal program finished, the dancefloor became the highlight of the night with LED lights and a few of the guests (including the groom’s father) loosing their shirts.
